Submitting a loan inquiry through Finiacq does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or approved for a loan. Loan approval and terms are determined solely by the lender based on your creditworthiness, income, and other factors.
Finiacq's matching service is free to use for consumers. We are compensated by lenders and partners when a connection is made. This compensation may influence which lenders or offers are presented to you.
Lenders in our network are independent third parties and are not agents or employees of Finiacq. We are not responsible for any lender's actions, omissions, loan terms, or customer service. Your loan agreement will be directly between you and the lender.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Finiacq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finiacq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any loan product you obtain through our network.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
